The Catholic Women’s League (CWL) has a team participating in this year’s Step Up for Mental Health Fun Run/Walk Sept. 22 in Saskatoon.

Net proceeds from this year’s event go into the Step Up for Mental Health Granting Program. Immediately after the race, the organizers will begin to distribute grants to mental health support programs in Saskatchewan. In December the grants and the organizations that have received funding will be publicly announced.

This initiative is part of the ongoing CWL focus on mental health through the national theme:  Here I am Lord, Send me.
