The VBS theme was “Cool Kingdom Party: Mary Leads Me Closer to Jesus.”
Kids entered through the castle gates of the kingdom and were captivated and engaged in learning more about the treasures of their faith.
The five “royal groups” from oldest to youngest were the Kings and Queens, Princes and Princesses, Dukes and Duchesses, Knights and Dames, and Lords and Ladies.
Everyone was highly engaged in different activity stations from music and games to crafts, faith and snacks. On the last day of VBS, parents, grandparents and friends came for the final celebration which consisted of picnic lunch, bouncy castles and even a fun appearance from Moses, the Cat and the Cat.Chat Man.
Kids are already eager and excited for next year’s theme: “Marvelous Mystery: The Mass Comes Alive.”
