“Priest & Laity – Together In Mission” was the theme of guest speaker Rev. Fr. Matthew Ramsay, pastor of Saint Anne Parish, Saskatoon, on March 31, 2022, part of a Knights of Columbus “Share the Faith” lecture series.
He talked about the importance of the three steps of evangelization, which are to know Jesus, to commit with Jesus, and to become a disciple-making disciple.
Fr. Ramsay also spoke on how to become outward-looking Catholic men to other people and in the Church, as well as the importance of building relationships with laity – to other people and to the community – and respond to the needs of discipleship.
Thanks to Council # 8638 Saint Anne, to Grand Knight John Marshall and members for working with Council # 11429 San Lorenzo Ruiz on this inter-council event. Thanks also to our Grand Knight Arnel-Libay Mendoza and council members, State Deputy Joseph Riffel, State Faith Director Adrien, and to all District Deputies: Dale Meier, Ron Dennis and Frank Brown of Saskatoon Cluster, as well as to Al’s Kitchen and to all who attended.
